In Retrospect . . .

​I've pondered over a couple instances from the past of which I believe may be pertinent to my situation as a target of surveillance and SIGINT Directed Energy.

I pulled a gun on an undercover officer around 2001 at my residence. The officer, who had a scraggly "street" appearance, knocked on my door on a weeknight. Not being sure of the officer's credentials as being an undercover detective, I held a handgun, out of site and behind my back, as the officer started asking odd questions about a person living near my home whom was supposedly under investigation for drug dealing. The description of the individual did not meet that of anyone living near me, and I knew the area well ! I also found it odd that he would approach me about a neighbor that wasn't even that close to my location.  The officer proceeded to aggressively ask me what I was holding behind my back, while I was standing within my doorway. At that point I shut the door and loudly chambered the pistol. The detective backed away from the front door and proceeded to state that I should open the door. I then proceeded to call the non-emergency phone number of the SAPD where I stated that an officer should be dispatched to verify the detectives credentials. Things were cleared-up once a uniformed officer arrived. The agent left without many words spoken and I did not persue lengthening any exchange, but to this day, I do not know who the agent represented.  Whether it was SAPD or SAFBI, I will never know, but having this knowledge today would make a world of difference in my quest for Justice.

Right around the same time as the instance above, I got pulled over by a police officer for a vehicular moving violation.  The officer sat in his car for almost 20 minutes after acquiring my license and registration. I asked the officer what the hold-up was, and he proceeded to tell me that there was a name on an offender's list that was exactly like mine, down to the middle initial. He said that he eventually found that, although the middle initials were the same, the middle name was different than mine.  If this took a seasoned police officer almost half an hour to determine that I was not the same individual who was on this Offender's List, then what are the odds that some lazy person with access to this Offenders List is going to make an effort to verify that I'm Not That Person ?

It was right around this same time-frame that these law enforcment encounters occurred when I first experienced a few weird situations that, in retrospect, were definitely the beginnings of Electronic Harassment and surreptitious home entries. Some of these instances involved some effects from directed energy, which I can now attest to. I didn't know what these effects were attributed to at that time, but they were really odd considering my good health and no apparent health problems. They were sporadic and fleeting, unlike the clockwork persistence I see nowadays.  These early instances may have been fact-finding expeditions or SIGINT investigations. People's nervous systems function at slightly different impulse frequencies from eachother. These weird instances may have been the early stages of impulse fingerprinting (aka, brain mapping) in preparation for future harassment and monitoring. Perhaps?

Beyond these instances, I was known to be outspoken about big government infringements on people's liberties. As well, I am eccentric, traveled, educated and capable in a diverse range of intellectual and physical genres. I have no criminal records beyond vehicle violations.  On top of this, I'm very reclusive and private and I apply physical and technological security measures. These traits may very well have begged interest and inquiry into my inner workings. But, it doesn't justify it. 

People from the outside often ask why someone would be targeted and whether it is really real or just some craziness.  Well, many people, I believe, who are being targeted by these illegal surveillance campaigns have simply pissed off law enforcment or authorities. Some targets may be the result of revenge by an acquaintance in government.  Others may be targeted through bonafide investigations into potential community threats. Some targets may even be part of experimentation or the result of agents "playing around" with technology.  But, no targeting is ethical or legal under the constitution. The technology is not that exotic --- it has been around for decades --- it's only radio signals, like that of your cell phone.  And, yes, this is really happening !
